Ran in 46:11, average pace of 10:15. Ran from my house up through Fed Heights, through the golf course and almost to the end of Ft. Douglas. On my way back I felt pretty sluggish but I had to muzzle my inner whiner when I saw a woman running pushing a jogger stroller and going uphill while I was going down.

good job! Darn those stroller running mothers that make it look easy, Sat. while is was in West Jordan, I could see a mom with a stroller coming towards me and then she stopped, there were 2 kids in it about 2 and possibly about 5-6 he eventually got out and put on roller blades!!! I don't know how she did it but she didn't seem to working as hard as I was!!! But good for them they are probably flying without them!
