Ran Chicago marathon in 4:13.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run the Other Half in Moab in October. I just want to finish since I had a baby at the beginning of July and am trying to get back into shape.

Would like to run another marathon.

I work at The Salt Lake Tribune covering health. Am married to the insanely fast runner Chad and we just had a baby, Jack, the cutest boy ever.

Ran with Chad on trails in Deer Valley. We were lucky enough to stay at Stein Erickson this weekend and had a babysitter for Jack. The altitude really got to me, though. As well as overall laziness. My mileage is pathetic. Clearly, I need another race goal to get me out the door. Oh, and some warmer morning weather.

Wow...tough on yourself...what are your goals? I think 6 miles twice in a row is heroic but I am not super interested in running a lot of miles. I want to be with my kids more and they miss me when I'm gone....I think you are doing fabulous.
